What you will do

  • Modernize the global media tech stack to align with marketing needs and site technology requirements.
  • Partner with analytics teams to ensure data accuracy and integrate marketing data into platforms like Adobe Analytics.
  • Oversee the onboarding of new tools, including retail media integrations and campaign planning software.
  • Liaise with IT, privacy, legal, and marketing teams to integrate ad tech platforms and APIs into existing workflows.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for global marketing teams and agency partners.
  • Monitor trends in the AdTech ecosystem, including AI and privacy regulations, to provide thought leadership on data and targeting.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of experience in digital media operations, programmatic advertising, or ad tech management.
  • Hands-on experience managing ad serving, programmatic, retail, and social media buying platforms.
  • Deep understanding of ad tech, technical concepts, and data-driven marketing.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a global matrixed organization and with external partners.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of campaign operation methodologies and ad tracking/measurement.
