TL;DR

Senior Field & Events Marketing Manager (EMEA): Own and execute the full EMEA field and events marketing strategy and program, aligning with Core revenue teams across EMEA and MENA. Focus on end-to-end event planning and delivery (Tier 1 hosted/sponsored events and regional activations), localizing global messaging, and optimizing pipeline impact through measurement, attribution, and post-event improvements.

What you will do

  • Lead planning and execution of Tier 1 events (hosted and sponsored), including flagship experiences and priority sponsorships.
  • Own regional flagship moments and run field activations (executive dinners, client entertainment, networking, local sponsorships) to drive engagement and pipeline.
  • Manage end-to-end event delivery: budgeting, vendors/venues, contract negotiation, logistics, attendee recruiting, onsite execution, follow-ups, and reporting.
  • Localize event-native content and messaging (landing pages, email invitations/follow-ups, social promotion, and post-event nurture) while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Track and report pipeline sourced/influenced, event ROI, attendance/engagement, budget utilization, and stakeholder satisfaction; partner with Marketing Ops and RevOps for attribution and tracking.
  • Use Salesforce and HubSpot (or similar) to manage campaigns and continuously refine the EMEA event program mix based on performance insights.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of event and/or field marketing experience, preferably in adtech, martech, SaaS, or B2B technology.
  • Proven success owning and executing both large-scale (Tier 1) and regional field events that drive measurable pipeline results.
  • Experience supporting revenue teams across EMEA markets with strong cultural and market awareness.
  • Ability to translate global messaging into locally relevant activations and develop/refine event-in-a-box playbooks for local sales teams.
  • Strong project management skills to manage multiple concurrent programs and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Growth Marketing, and Content.
  • Must be located in the UK or Ireland and comfortable working autonomously in-region.
