What you will do

• Define and lead global pricing strategy aligned with business objectives and market dynamics.
• Design and implement value-based pricing models and contract optimization across various healthcare channels.
• Oversee analytical frameworks to assess pricing performance, profitability, and customer segmentation.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing pricing and analytics team.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align pricing strategies with broader business goals.
• Ensure pricing governance and compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Economics required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in pricing, analytics, or commercial strategy within the medical device or healthcare industry.
• Must have full-time work authorization in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
• Deep understanding of medical device markets, reimbursement systems, and healthcare economics.
• Proven track record of leading and scaling high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical expertise with pricing tools, data visualization, and financial modeling.
