What you will do

• Serve as the executive finance lead for strategic customer opportunities and complex commercial transactions globally.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership to structure agreements that optimize profitability and long-term value.
• Develop and maintain global pricing frameworks, approval matrices, and commercial governance processes.
• Lead financial modeling and scenario analysis for large-scale pursuits, including multi-year contracts and managed services.
• Oversee treasury operations, liquidity management, and capital planning activities.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments through valuation and integration planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in Commercial Finance, Pricing, Treasury, or Corporate Finance.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing teams and influencing executive-level decision-making.
• Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale customer opportunities and complex commercial negotiations.
• Strong understanding of pricing methodologies, financial modeling, and capital planning.
• Experience operating in a global, matrixed organization.

• Experience in technology, systems integration, or audiovisual industries.
• Experience supporting private equity-based organizations.
• Experience with recurring revenue and managed services business models.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), CPA, CFA, or MBA.
