Senior FP&A Analyst (Medtech): Supporting core financial planning and analysis processes to enhance forecasting and long-term strategic planning with an accent on deep financial modeling and cross-functional partnership. Location: Must be based in New York City, NY (Hybrid). Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Salary: $120,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

What you will do
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify business drivers and trends.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting including Revenue, COGS, OpEx, and CAPEX.
- Manage corporate budgets and partner with department owners to monitor performance and identify deviations.
- Support the annual budgeting process and collaborate on long-term financial planning models.
- Provide dedicated financial support to Sales and Commercial teams for ad hoc projects.
- Build cross-functional relationships to integrate budget and planning updates.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting.
- Strong proficiency in Financial Modeling and Analysis.
- Working knowledge of GAAP.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel/GoogleSheets and PowerPoint.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Must be based in or able to commute to the New York City office.
Nice to have
- Experience in med-tech, health-tech, or med-device industries.
- Experience with Adaptiv, Netsuite, or Salesforce.
