TL;DR

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in New York, NY (in-office 3-4 days/week)

What you will do

  • Own and execute the strategic plan for revenue growth across markets, payers, and patient segments.
  • Lead GTM analytics including market sizing, pricing strategy, and payer mix optimization.
  • Partner with Product teams to define tooling and data requirements for commercial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Growth Officer on payer strategy, rate negotiations, and reimbursement optimization.
  • Build and maintain rigorous bottoms-up and tops-down revenue models for board and investor reporting.
  • Drive the operating cadence through revenue performance reviews and board reporting.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, strategic finance, or FP&A.
  • Expert SQL skills for building executive-level reporting infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable commercial outcomes with senior stakeholders.
  • Must be able to work in NYC office 3-4 days/week.
  • Strong financial modeling abilities, including three-statement models and unit economics.
  • Ability to act as a player-coach, balancing long-term strategy with hands-on execution.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with healthcare revenue dynamics, including RCM and payer contracting.
  • Experience with healthcare regulatory and data privacy requirements.
