What you will do

• Direct the completion of revenue, claim, and administrative expense forecasts and communicate results to senior management.
• Own the financial narrative for enGen, including monthly CFO close presentations and board/ELT packages.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the finance department, including hiring, coaching, development, and performance management.
• Provide cost information support and prepare cost reports consistent with allocation methodologies.
• Lead various ad-hoc financial analyses for senior leadership.
• Advance the team's Power BI reporting capabilities and AI-driven automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Must be based in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance.
• At least 3 years of experience in a management role.
• Proficiency in financial forecasting, modeling, and operational planning.
• Strong written and oral presentation skills for executive audiences.

Nice to have

• Master's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting.
• Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
