Senior Sales Representative (Employee Benefits): Driving sales and retention of employee benefit products through brokers and consultants with an accent on market relationship management and product expertise. Location: Must be located within a 50-mile radius of the Seattle office. This role is hybrid/remote with required travel to the office.

Salary: $52,320–$65,400 USD

What you will do

  • Promote and sell the Voya Employee Benefit product line to brokers and consultants.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with third-party partners and broker-dealers.
  • Manage the renewal process for all assigned and sold accounts.
  • Execute sales strategies for group life, disability, stop loss, and supplemental health products.
  • Target employers with 200+ employees, with a specific emphasis on the 500-5,000 employee market.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales or marketing success in the employee benefits industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Extensive product knowledge and established marketplace relationships.
  • Proven track record of sales success and ability to travel as needed.
  • Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the assigned office location.
