Focus on originating new listing opportunities, guiding companies through the IPO journey, and collaborating with financial and legal advisers.

Location: Hybrid in Helsinki, Finland (at least 3 days per week in-office)

What you will do

  • Own and grow the listings pipeline in Finland by originating and qualifying new opportunities on hirify.global Helsinki.
  • Engage and influence C-suite decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, Boards) to position hirify.global as the preferred listing venue.
  • Advise companies throughout the listing journey, tailoring value propositions to specific issuer needs.
  • Partner with corporate finance, legal, and IR advisers to source transactions and win mandates.
  • Represent hirify.global Helsinki in the Nordic market through meetings, events, and industry forums.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, law or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in both Finnish and English.
  • Extensive experience in capital markets, corporate finance, financial advisory, or business development.
  • Proven track record of involvement in IPOs or capital-raising transactions.
  • Strong ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
  • Experience in public speaking.

Nice to have

  • Background in investment banking, private equity, or ECM advisory.
  • Experience leading client engagements and negotiating transaction-tied pitches.
  • Exposure to international or Nordic capital markets.
  • Fluency in Swedish.
