Location: Hybrid in Helsinki, Finland (at least 3 days per week in-office)

What you will do
- Own and grow the listings pipeline in Finland by originating and qualifying new opportunities on Helsinki.
- Engage and influence C-suite decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, Boards) to position as the preferred listing venue.
- Advise companies throughout the listing journey, tailoring value propositions to specific issuer needs.
- Partner with corporate finance, legal, and IR advisers to source transactions and win mandates.
- Represent Helsinki in the Nordic market through meetings, events, and industry forums.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, law or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in both Finnish and English.
- Extensive experience in capital markets, corporate finance, financial advisory, or business development.
- Proven track record of involvement in IPOs or capital-raising transactions.
- Strong ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
- Experience in public speaking.
Nice to have
- Background in investment banking, private equity, or ECM advisory.
- Experience leading client engagements and negotiating transaction-tied pitches.
- Exposure to international or Nordic capital markets.
- Fluency in Swedish.
