Location: Remote-based in Finland (with visits to Customers in the region)

What you will do
- Oversee Services Sales objectives and manage customer relationships across the Nordic region.
- Identify strategic business opportunities and develop regional and vertical-oriented business plans.
- Drive the bidding process for complex proposals, managing the workflow from initial contact to contract signing.
- Generate a pipeline of services orders to attain quarterly financial targets regarding bookings and project profitability.
- Collaborate with Product Sales and Pre-sales teams to negotiate and close high-value business deals.
- Manage risks and act as an escalation point to ensure delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in Direct Sales or High Touch sales within the IT/Tech industry.
- Fluent in English and Finnish (mandatory).
- Proven success in lead generation and relationship management.
- Strong understanding of SaaS, Cloud-based solutions, or the Contact Centre business.
- Proficiency in creating commercial/legal documentation and understanding accounting concepts (P&L, balance sheets).
- Ability to travel up to 25% for customer and internal meetings.
