What you will do

  • Exceed quarterly and yearly revenue quotas through strategic territory management.
  • Orchestrate virtual teams including presales, partner managers, and customer success to drive wins.
  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery and qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Develop and execute territory and opportunity plans to maximize account potential.
  • Collaborate with marketing and channel partners to build pipeline and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and data hygiene within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Germany or Finland
  • Proven experience in enterprise software sales and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Ability to act as a quarterback for virtual teams and internal resources.
  • Proficiency in competitive positioning against major industry players like Microsoft and Okta.
  • Strong communication skills for discovery calls and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time for business purposes.
