What you will do

• Manage overall project delivery and develop key project documentation including roadmaps, business requirements, and status logs.
• Oversee project execution structure, ensuring consistency, synchronization, and integrated planning across dependencies.
• Coordinate project status with key stakeholders through recurring weekly meetings and documentation.
• Provide high-level, condensed program status updates to executives on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
• Facilitate project workstream updates and working sessions, including agenda management and meeting minutes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• At least 5 years of working experience as a Project Manager.
• Relevant working experience in financial services.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment.
