What you will do

• Manage product margins, the RFQ process, and develop pricing strategies for competitive markets.
• Collaborate with Business Development, R&D, and Operations to prepare product and service quotes.
• Implement cost-saving programs and monitor cost-down roadmaps, communicating results to customers.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables while leading crisis management to resolve issues quickly.
• Coordinate with global teams to ensure professional customer support and monitor business prospects.
• Facilitate the transfer of products and technology from customers or other sites to Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Business.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in Product or Project Management.
• Proven ability to lead in a change-driven, complex business environment with high performance targets.
• Knowledge of optics and/or opto-mechanical modules.
• Strong communication skills for working in an international, multicultural environment.
• Must be located in or authorized to work in Singapore.
