What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of GPU infrastructure deployments across multiple workstreams.
• Oversee physical builds including racks, cabling, power, and network hubs.
• Manage commissioning of data halls to ensure HPC readiness.
• Identify risks and define mitigation paths to prevent deployment delays.
• Coordinate between customers, vendors, and internal global partners.
• Manage complex migrations and upgrades with zero service disruption.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering multiple megawatts of capacity.
• Background in hyperscale environments and large-scale infrastructure delivery.
• Deep understanding of data center deployment and GPU infrastructure power requirements.
• Ability and willingness to perform hands-on site validation at remote locations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills in cross-functional environments.
• Mandarin language proficiency is a strong asset.
