What you will do

• Manage projects throughout their entire life cycle from inception through closure, handling change and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with local and distant project teams, tracking activities against schedules and taking corrective actions.
• Collaborate proactively with customers to ensure project goals and objectives are met with satisfaction.
• Develop project documentation, including communication strategies, resource plans, status reports, and risk logs.
• Provide reporting to Steering Committees and document lessons learned for future projects.

Requirements

• Proven track record of managing multiple projects of varying sizes, complexities, and budgets in a commercial environment.
• Experience presenting and communicating effectively with executives and senior management.
• University degree or equivalent qualification.
• Must be based in Singapore.
• Formal project management training; PMP certification is recommended but not mandatory.
• Experience with IT solutions or airline industry solutions providers is preferred.
