What you will do

• Standardize and maintain executive-ready financial reporting and analysis for Customer Success and Professional Services functions.
• Develop and maintain Quarterly Business Review (QBR) packages for Regional Leaders to track key performance metrics.
• Support compensation management, including bonus plan design, performance analysis, and payout execution.
• Collaborate with the Customer Insights team to analyze customer behavior, retention, expansion, churn, and product adoption.
• Provide ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives, organizational changes, and investment decisions.
• Act as a thought leader in leveraging AI solutions to optimize day-to-day financial activities.

Requirements

• 7-9 years of experience in Finance or Consulting.
• Must be based in Arizona, USA.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect financial results to operational business narratives.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting actionable insights to leadership.
• Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced, and complex environments.
