What you will do
- Standardize and maintain executive-ready financial reporting and analysis for Customer Success and Professional Services functions.
- Develop and maintain Quarterly Business Review (QBR) packages for Regional Leaders to track key performance metrics.
- Support compensation management, including bonus plan design, performance analysis, and payout execution.
- Collaborate with the Customer Insights team to analyze customer behavior, retention, expansion, churn, and product adoption.
- Provide ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives, organizational changes, and investment decisions.
- Act as a thought leader in leveraging AI solutions to optimize day-to-day financial activities.
Requirements
- 7-9 years of experience in Finance or Consulting.
- Must be based in Arizona, USA.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect financial results to operational business narratives.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting actionable insights to leadership.
- Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced, and complex environments.
Nice to have
- Experience within the SaaS industry.
- Experience in compensation analysis or commission/bonus administration.
- Proficiency with AI-powered tools for analysis, reporting, and productivity.
