What you will do

• Lead annual operating plans, long-range planning, and quarterly re-forecast cycles.
• Own revenue and cash flow forecasting models to ensure accuracy and business alignment.
• Translate strategic initiatives into quantitative financial outcomes for senior leadership and the board.
• Prepare financial performance packages and identify key variances and trends.
• Support investor relations, M&A due diligence, and integration planning.
• Champion the use of AI tools and automation to modernize FP&A processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-growth environments or private equity-owned software companies.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related discipline.
• Extreme ownership mentality and commitment to accuracy.
