Salary: $218,000 – $250,000 annually

What you will do

• Provide ETF Capital Markets expertise on trading and liquidity to support client meetings and sales teams.
• Drive the ETF value proposition through tailored educational presentations and thought leadership content.
• Build and maintain senior relationships with broker-dealer trading desks to support ETF listings and distribution.
• Develop innovative capital markets content to attract new clients and support existing relationships.
• Represent the firm at industry conferences, seminars, and meetings.
• Advise clients directly on trading strategy, liquidity, execution, and ETF implementation.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in asset management, capital markets, or financial services.
• Deep expertise in ETF structure, including creation/redemption mechanics and capital markets dynamics.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field (MBA a plus), CFA preferred.
• Exceptional communication and public speaking skills for stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Bloomberg.
• Availability for 50-75% travel.
