What you will do

• Support Deal Principals in sales activities, client pitch presentations, and workhirify.global capital analysis.
• Draft term sheets and assess transaction features for deal structurhirify.global.
• Manage internal prichirify.global models and capital consumption assessments.
• Prepare credit approval packages and coordinate with Risk, Coverage, and Operations teams.
• Execute transactions from credit approval through to closhirify.global, includhirify.global legal documentation negotiation.
• Maintain direct interaction with clients throughout the transaction process.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York City.
• 3+ years of experience in Trade Finance, Workhirify.global Capital Solutions, or Credit Analysis.
• BA/BS in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Accounthirify.global.
• Strong financial and credit analysis capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
