What you will do

• Act as a strategic advisor to the Head of GT Americas to execute key priorities and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts between GT, Finance, Risk, and Front Office stakeholders.
• Maintain a robust Group Treasury control framework aligned with internal policies and regulatory expectations.
• Oversee Non-Financial Risk score trackhirify.global and drive timely remediation of identified gaps.
• Serve as the primary gatekeeper for the new product approval process to ensure governance and risk compliance.
• Lead fraud risk identification, assessment, and mitigation efforts in coordination with Risk and Compliance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Treasury, Finance, or Risk within financial services.
• Deep understandhirify.global of Treasury disciplines includhirify.global liquidity, fundhirify.global, capital, ALM, and risk management.
• Previous experience in COO or control-oriented roles is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solvhirify.global, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Must be based in New York City for hybrid work arrangements.
