Senior Business Systems Analyst (Oracle R12): Serving as a senior internal consultant between Finance/FP&A stakeholders and IT to support and optimize Oracle Financials modules with an accent on system architecture, process re-engineering, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on identifying business requirements, designing functional specifications, and resolving complex enterprise-wide financial system challenges.

Location: Must be based in the US (Dallas, TX or Remote-US). Must have full-time work authorization in the United States without sponsorship.

What you will do

• Provide primary support for Oracle R12 Finance modules including GL, SLA, AP, AR, AGIS, FA, and Cash Management.
• Manage requirements development, functional design, and technical design for system modifications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize process transformation initiatives and conduct architectural assessments.
• Triage incidents and perform enhancements or fixes to ensure resolution for financial and procurement modules.
• Lead the implementation of best practice solutions for both business processes and technology.
• Assist with annual cost rollups, cost analysis, and period close activities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Finance modules.
• Deep knowledge of Record to Report processes and Oracle e-Business architecture.
• Proven ability to identify and resolve system and user-reported issues.
• Working knowledge of SQL tools for data validation and query writing.
• Must have full-time work authorization in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including international trips.

Nice to have

• Understanding of reporting systems like OBIEE, Hubble, Power BI, and Noetix.
• Working knowledge of EPM / Hyperion.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
• Localization experience supporting financial processes in the EU, South America, and Africa.
