Oracle Solution Architect (HCM)

Location: Must be based in the United States. This is a hybrid role requiring in-person attendance at least three days per week at a hirify.global office or client site.

What you will do

• Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, and build phases.
• Document business requirements, system design, and transformational goals.
• Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
• Create training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.
• Provide post-production support and assist in process flow mapping.
• Meet or exceed targeted billing hours and deliver time-sensitive projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, IT, MIS, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of related work experience in a consulting practice.
• Minimum of 4 full life cycle implementations of Oracle or similar ERP systems.
• Industry-recognized professional certification.
• Experience with application integration and back-end data connectivity.
• Ability to travel up to 40% as needed for client engagements.
