TL;DR

Oracle Solution Architect (ERP): Performing advisory and implementation services for Oracle Cloud applications with an accent on full life cycle project delivery and business process transformation. Focus on documenting requirements, system design, and configuring applications to meet complex client objectives.

Location: Must be based in the United States. This position requires in-person attendance at least three days per week at a hirify.global office or client site, with up to 40% travel expected.

What you will do

  • Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, and build phases.
  • Document business requirements, system design, and transformational goals.
  • Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
  • Create training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.
  • Provide post-production support to ensure successful deployment.
  • Collaborate with clients to map future state processes based on business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, IT, MIS, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of related work experience in a consulting practice.
  • Minimum of 4 full life cycle implementations of Infor or similar ERP systems.
  • Industry recognized professional certification.
  • Experience with application integration and back-end data connectivity.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree.
  • Specific training or exposure to Oracle Cloud Applications.
