What you will do

• Administer and configure the Zuora platform, including Billing and Revenue/RevPro modules.
• Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and scalable solution designs.
• Triage system issues and coordinate bug fixes with third-party partners.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to support financial operations.
• Manage the full SDLC for Zuora-related changes, including QA and UAT processes.
• Ensure all system configurations remain compliant with audit and SOX requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue/RevPro.
• In-depth functional knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to write clean, efficient queries.
• Proven ability to partner independently with Finance and IT teams.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating Zuora with Salesforce CPQ.
• Experience with Workday Financials.
• Familiarity with Adaptive Planning or similar tools.
