Senior Financial Systems Analyst, Order to Cash (Zuora)

Location: Illinois, United States; remote or hybrid

Salary: $88,000–$132,000 annual base salary, plus annual performance bonus and long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Administer and configure Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue/RevPro for current operations and future growth.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and scalable solution designs.
• Investigate Zuora issues, coordinate bug fixes with third-party resources, and improve business processes.
• Participate in the SDLC, including QA and UAT, for Zuora changes and impacts on dependent systems.
• Partner with Finance, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain alignment and deliver effective solutions.
• Ensure configurations and processes meet audit and SOX compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue/RevPro.
• In-depth functional knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
• Strong SQL skills and the ability to write clean, efficient queries.
• Ability to work independently with Finance and IT teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating Zuora with Salesforce CPQ.
• Experience with Workday Financials.
• Familiarity with Adaptive Planning or similar tools.
