Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 USD

What you will do
- Maintain and cultivate relationships with PR, brand, and marketing agencies.
- Identify and drive commercial opportunities across music video integrations, social amplification, and live activations.
- Manage a full pipeline of partnership opportunities from initial prospecting to deal execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, talent, and legal teams to align brand deals with artist positioning.
- Develop pitch strategies, sales decks, and partnership assets for distribution and management clients.
- Track pipeline activity and report on partnership performance using CRM systems.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in talent brand partnerships, event sales, or agency-side roles.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
- Strong existing network within brand, PR, and entertainment marketing agencies.
- Proven track record of closing brand deals and meeting revenue targets.
- Deep understanding of music, entertainment, and cultural marketing landscapes.
- Proficiency with CRM or pipeline tracking tools like Monday.com or Airtable.
