TL;DR

Senior Sales Manager (Branding & Strategic Partnerships): Leading revenue generation efforts across hirify.global’s artist roster, IP, and live event portfolio with an accent on agency-facing relationship management and partnership development. Focus on identifying commercial opportunities, executing strategic collaborations, and driving consistent pipeline activity in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Location: Must be based in New York, NY (On-Site, 5 days a week in office)

Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 USD

What you will do

  • Maintain and cultivate relationships with PR, brand, and marketing agencies.
  • Identify and drive commercial opportunities across music video integrations, social amplification, and live activations.
  • Manage a full pipeline of partnership opportunities from initial prospecting to deal execution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, talent, and legal teams to align brand deals with artist positioning.
  • Develop pitch strategies, sales decks, and partnership assets for distribution and management clients.
  • Track pipeline activity and report on partnership performance using CRM systems.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in talent brand partnerships, event sales, or agency-side roles.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
  • Strong existing network within brand, PR, and entertainment marketing agencies.
  • Proven track record of closing brand deals and meeting revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of music, entertainment, and cultural marketing landscapes.
  • Proficiency with CRM or pipeline tracking tools like Monday.com or Airtable.
