What you will do

• Lead work-streams or small projects across asset management and banking sectors.
• Define practice governance structures, reports, and dashboards for client projects.
• Support the delivery of strategic initiatives across Asia and overseas engagements.
• Develop content, pitches, and proposals specifically for the asset management segment.
• Manage project timelines, stakeholders, and technology partners to ensure smooth delivery.
• Contribute to the development of internal methodologies, tools, and intellectual property.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of management consulting experience in the financial services industry.
• Solid understanding of asset management processes, risks, and challenges.
• Proven project management skills using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of asset allocation, fund operations, and multi-asset class products.
• Experience in change management, capital markets, or regulatory compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
