Strategy Specialist - Group Strategy (100%, m/f/d)

What you will do

• Develop and implement the Group’s long-term strategic direction and align strategic programmes across the organization.
• Lead and contribute to high-visibility, Group-level strategic initiatives, providing analysis and recommendations for strategic decisions.
• Conduct market, competitor, and internal analyses to strengthen strategic intelligence and the corporate strategy process.
• Design and deliver strategic initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Support the strategic cycle, including strategy offsites and full-year and half-year results presentations.
• Collaborate with Front, Finance, COO, and Communications teams while preparing strategic presentations, reports, and other materials for senior management and the CEO.

Requirements

• University education from a top-tier institution, preferably focused on corporate strategy, finance, or structured problem solving.
• 3–6 years of experience in a leading strategy consultancy, in-house strategy, or corporate development function, ideally in financial services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity for senior audiences.
• Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to drive smaller projects independently and collaborate effectively across functions.
• English proficiency is required.

• Experience in financial services.
• German language skills.
