Senior Manager, Consulting, Migration Practice (Payments)

Location: Singapore; hybrid work. Office attendance requirements will be confirmed by the Hiring Manager.

What you will do

• Lead workstreams or smaller engagements for complex credit card, platform, and portfolio migrations across Asia Pacific.
• Develop migration strategies covering segmentation, migration waves, cutover planning, customer communications, product mapping, and operational readiness.
• Translate issuer processing and network platform constraints into practical recommendations with technology, product, operations, and client teams.
• Support proposition development, playbooks, toolkits, proposals, RFP responses, solution workshops, and client presentations.
• Coordinate third-party consultants and contractors, including resourcing, statements of work, onboarding, deliverables, and performance tracking.
• Track migration KPIs, manage risks, ensure compliance with network rules and regulations, and coach analysts or consultants.

Requirements

• 8 or more years of relevant work experience and a bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Experience delivering large-scale migrations in card issuing and issuer processing environments, including platform transitions, portfolio migrations, or system integrations.
• Practical knowledge of issuer processing platforms and card management systems and their impact on migration strategy.
• Strong analytical, structured-thinking, stakeholder-management, and business-case development skills.
• Experience leading teams or workstreams in a matrix or project environment.
• Experience in Asia Pacific markets and knowledge of local regulatory and payments landscapes.

Nice to have

• Exposure to digital wallets, tokenisation, or real-time decisioning in card portfolio environments.
