What you will do

• Define and implement innovative analog/mixed-signal IP architectures for MCU products.
• Lead end-to-end development including simulation, layout, and validation of data converters, PLLs, and oscillators.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with digital, verification, and SoC product teams to ensure high-quality IP integration.
• Lead design reviews, technical documentation, and support productization activities like characterization and life testing.
• Mentor and develop junior engineering talent within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electronic/electrical engineering required (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of professional product development experience in analog/mixed-signal design.
• Proven expertise in IP areas such as ADC, DAC, PLL, Oscillators, LDO, or DC-DC converters.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for leading technical initiatives.
• Ability to work onsite in Catania, Italy.

Nice to have

• Experience creating and using behavioral models (AMS, DMS, Matlab, System-C).
