What you will do

• Define and lead the global HR Shared Services strategy to drive operational excellence.
• Oversee HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Design and implement efficient HR processes and lead the evolution of the HR technology ecosystem.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with global employment laws and privacy requirements.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global HR Shared Services and HRIS organization.
• Partner with HR centers of excellence, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional leaders in IT, Finance, and Legal.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in HR operations, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading global HR shared services in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Demonstrated success driving multi-year transformation roadmaps involving process and technology.
• Strong understanding of global employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
• Experience operating within a tiered Shared Services model, including SLA-driven environments.
• Ability to influence and partner at senior executive levels.
