What you will do

  • Develop and evolve the APAC HR service delivery operating model, including SSC and country interfaces.
  • Lead HR Operations and Talent Attraction organizations to ensure high-quality, standardized execution.
  • Establish and manage performance frameworks, including SLAs, KPIs, and operational dashboards.
  • Drive regional process harmonization, automation, and AI-enabled improvements.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for service delivery risks and stakeholder expectations.
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams across HR Operations and Talent Attraction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in HR or Business.
  • 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership in Shared Services or transformation.
  • Proven experience leading multi-country HR service delivery, ideally within APAC.
  • Strong expertise in SLA management, process standardization, and HR technology (HRIS, ATS).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level required).
  • Executive-level stakeholder management and ability to influence across regions.
