What you will do
- Process customer orders and provide accurate delivery information through various ordering channels.
- Manage the full order-to-cash cycle, ensuring flawless processing and reliable order confirmation.
- Handle customer claims within the Quality Management module and provide transparent feedback.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely shipment according to customer requirements.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with key accounts to ensure SLA compliance.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in German and English (speaking and writing).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
- Strong user-level knowledge of MS Office and SAP (order/quality management).
- Bachelor's degree.
- Ability to work effectively in an international environment with various stakeholders.
