What you will do

  • Process customer orders and provide accurate delivery information through various ordering channels.
  • Manage the full order-to-cash cycle, ensuring flawless processing and reliable order confirmation.
  • Handle customer claims within the Quality Management module and provide transparent feedback.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely shipment according to customer requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with key accounts to ensure SLA compliance.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in German and English (speaking and writing).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Strong user-level knowledge of MS Office and SAP (order/quality management).
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international environment with various stakeholders.
