What you will do
- Assist customers with solutions and build long-term trusted relationships.
- Communicate professionally via email and ticketing tools.
- Create and update communication materials and client support documents.
- Investigate and troubleshoot system-related issues and suggest improvements.
- Review and verify technical documentation for vessels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand regulations and verification tools.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid work model with 3 days in office in Gdynia, Poland
- English: Strong proficiency in written and verbal English
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in naval architecture, mechanical engineering, nautical studies, environmental technologies, or data analytics.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in maritime or customer-facing roles.
- Interest in technical troubleshooting and system investigation.
- Attention to detail and solution-oriented mindset.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Greenhouse Gases and MARPOL Annex VI.
- Familiarity with ship operational and technical systems.
- Experience in IT helpdesk or 1st line support.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and ticketing systems.
