Что делать
- Lead demand creation activities within the distribution business for industrial and IoT vertical markets.
- Identify and capture growth opportunities by understanding market requirements and customer needs.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to exceed market growth and hit high sales targets.
- Collaborate with product business units and central sales teams to provide distributors with necessary support.
- Manage distribution sales processes including forecasting, funnel management, and inventory oversight.
Требования
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the high-tech or semiconductor industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English.
- Strong understanding of MCU/MPU products and the industrial/IoT market landscape.
- Proficiency in distribution sales processes such as Sales FCST, DW Funnel, and inventory management.
- Strong team player with strategic thinking and a self-motivated personality.
