Location: Hybrid (Denver CO, Raleigh NC, Philadelphia PA, Chicago IL, Holmdel NJ, or Austin TX) — in office at least 3 days a week

Salary: $140,000–$175,000 USD (base)

What you will do

• Partner with executive leadership and the Revenue organization on bookings performance, variance drivers, and forecast risk.
• Own bottoms-up ARR models and rolling forecast cycles, including new logo, expansion, contraction, and churn cohorts with scenario analysis.
• Build and improve AI-driven processes and automated reporting infrastructure for real-time revenue visibility.
• Present complex financial analysis clearly to senior business partners and executive stakeholders.
• Translate complex financial and operational data into actionable recommendations that support scalable growth.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in FP&A or Investment Banking.
• Deep understanding of SaaS revenue mechanics (ARR, NRR/GRR, and pipeline dynamics).
• Advanced financial modeling and forecasting experience.
• Experience managing and developing analyst-level talent.
• Strong ability to navigate and synthesize data across systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, BI tools).
• Comfort leveraging AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency and insights.
