Accounting Analyst

What you will do

• Perform journal entries and complex account reconciliations while ensuring audit compliance.
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual general ledger closing and reporting processes.
• Prepare income statement and balance sheet packages with variance and trend analysis.
• Manage intercompany wire settlements and account balancing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including underwriting, treasury, and actuarial departments.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance departmental efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.
• US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship).
• 1 to 3+ years of accounting experience.
• High proficiency in Excel and Microsoft products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree or CPA certification.
