What you will do

• Prepare and validate daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for leadership.
• Perform variance analysis and reconciliations to identify key financial trends.
• Maintain and enhance reporting templates and workflows using Excel.
• Support data entry, validation, and system maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve reporting questions and ensure accuracy.
• Document procedures and update work instructions to improve process scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant internship or professional experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and formulas.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to a changing environment.
• Must be able to work from the Atlanta office four days per week.

Nice to have

• Progress toward professional certifications.
• Experience with BI or automation tools such as Alteryx, Power Query, Tableau, or Power BI.
