Director - Solution Engineering (ITSM): Overseeing high-performing field-based pre-sales teams to drive GTM strategy and solve complex business problems for enterprise customers with an accent on ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM domains. Focus on building scalable frameworks, optimizing win rates, and collaborating with product management to shape the roadmap.

Location: Hybrid: Onsite 3x/week (Tuesday - Thursday) at the San Mateo, CA headquarters

Salary: $215,760 — $283,185 + Variable Compensation

What you will do

• Oversee high-performing field-based Solution Engineering teams.
• Develop and execute GTM strategies and business, cross-sell, and up-sell playbooks.
• Manage resource allocation across territories and evaluate team performance.
• Act as a player-coach to help SEs solve complex customer business problems.
• Partner with Sales leaders to analyze pipeline health and win rates.
• Collaborate with product managers to evangelize customer requirements and shape the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading Solution Engineering teams, specifically in ITSM or related technologies.
• 7-10 years of overall relevant industry experience.
• Proven track record of selling to CIOs and senior IT leaders.
• Strong ability to drive strategic conversations and influence executive decision-making.
• Experience building scalable and repeatable frameworks and programs.
• Ability to work cross-functionally to drive meaningful outcomes.
