What you will do

• Own day-to-day relationships with fintech and technology partners across the digital ecosystem.
• Serve as the internal product expert to enable Sales and Account Management teams.
• Monitor partner product roadmaps, API developments, and integration updates.
• Manage commercial tasks including pricing approvals, contract renewals, and administrative items.
• Facilitate partner training sessions and create onboarding materials for internal teams.
• Coordinate with Product and Implementation teams on partner integration issues and escalations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 3–6 years of experience in technology partnerships, fintech sales, SaaS, or strategic account management.
• Strong professional communication skills for partner and client-facing interactions.
• Ability to learn complex products quickly and explain them to business audiences.
• Organized self-starter with a track record of tracking commitments and following through.
• Collaborative mindset with experience working across Sales, Product, and Implementation teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with credit unions, community banks, or financial technology.
• Experience with contract negotiations or pricing discussions.
