What you will do

  • Define and execute quarterly territory business plans to accelerate revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner principals, executives, and sales teams.
  • Align with regional sales leaders on joint account planning and deal qualification.
  • Deliver technical enablement and training sessions to partner sales teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design and execute regional programs with measurable ROI.
  • Manage regional channel sales forecasts and provide accurate projections to leadership.

Requirements

  • Must be based in California or able to work within the region.
  • Proven experience managing partner relationships in cybersecurity or SaaS markets.
  • Existing relationships with key regional partners such as Optiv, Guidepoint, WWT/Softchoice, Trace3, or ePlus.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and influence skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
