What you will do
- Define and execute quarterly territory business plans to accelerate revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner principals, executives, and sales teams.
- Align with regional sales leaders on joint account planning and deal qualification.
- Deliver technical enablement and training sessions to partner sales teams.
- Collaborate with marketing to design and execute regional programs with measurable ROI.
- Manage regional channel sales forecasts and provide accurate projections to leadership.
Requirements
- Must be based in California or able to work within the region.
- Proven experience managing partner relationships in cybersecurity or SaaS markets.
- Existing relationships with key regional partners such as Optiv, Guidepoint, WWT/Softchoice, Trace3, or ePlus.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and influence skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
