What you will do

• Provide coaching and performance support to Sales Representatives and Distributor Partners.
• Drive disciplined sales funnel management, including pipeline health and forecasting accuracy.
• Oversee regional product and instrument inventory to ensure optimal availability and utilization.
• Coordinate surgeon education programs, cadaver labs, and journal clubs to drive product adoption.
• Identify opportunities for new account contracts and support reps in navigating hospital purchasing groups.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, MedEd, and Operations to ensure seamless customer support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Life Sciences, or related field preferred).
• 5+ years of medical device sales experience.
• Strong understanding of OR-based selling and distributor-based sales models.
• Proven ability to coach and influence direct reps and distributor partners.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and current automobile insurance.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including overnight stays.
