What you will do
- Execute cold outreach and respond to warm leads via phone, email, and social media.
- Identify and cultivate new prospects to build a consistent sales pipeline.
- Engage with mid-sized to large businesses, including C-level stakeholders.
- Assist sales counterparts by delivering qualified leads and conducting market research.
- Maintain accurate data and activity records within the CRM system.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics for calls and qualified opportunities.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United Arab Emirates.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, call center, or customer service.
- 1 year or more of experience in related industries such as manufacturing, distribution, or retail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Ability to articulate complex product and service value propositions to prospects.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or marketing is preferred.
