What you will do

  • Execute cold outreach and respond to warm leads via phone, email, and social media.
  • Identify and cultivate new prospects to build a consistent sales pipeline.
  • Engage with mid-sized to large businesses, including C-level stakeholders.
  • Assist sales counterparts by delivering qualified leads and conducting market research.
  • Maintain accurate data and activity records within the CRM system.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics for calls and qualified opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United Arab Emirates.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, call center, or customer service.
  • 1 year or more of experience in related industries such as manufacturing, distribution, or retail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
  • Ability to articulate complex product and service value propositions to prospects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or marketing is preferred.
