hirify.global is a fast-growing cybersecurity company providing the GreyMatter platform to help organizations manage security operations.

What you will do

  • Research accounts and identify key decision-makers to generate interest in the GreyMatter platform.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, cold calling, and email outreach.
  • Communicate product features and benefits clearly to prospects to address their specific needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and track opportunities within the CRM database.
  • Route qualified leads to sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to build pipeline and support new business expansion.

Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree or higher education.
  • 0–1 years of inside sales or customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong sense of urgency and a competitive edge.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Tampa, FL.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Proven track record of over-achieving sales quotas.
  • Experience making 50+ cold calls per day.
  • Proficiency with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
  • Previous face-to-face or B2B sales experience.
