What you will do
- Research accounts and identify key decision-makers to generate interest in the GreyMatter platform.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, cold calling, and email outreach.
- Communicate product features and benefits clearly to prospects to address their specific needs.
- Maintain accurate records and track opportunities within the CRM database.
- Route qualified leads to sales executives for further development and closure.
- Collaborate with channel partners to build pipeline and support new business expansion.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor’s degree or higher education.
- 0–1 years of inside sales or customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong sense of urgency and a competitive edge.
- Must be able to work onsite in Tampa, FL.
Nice to have
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Proven track record of over-achieving sales quotas.
- Experience making 50+ cold calls per day.
- Proficiency with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
- Previous face-to-face or B2B sales experience.
