TL;DR
Business Development Representative (Sales): Qualifying inbound leads and prospecting for new clients to support nonprofit and association organizations with an accent on consultative outreach and pipeline building. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Atlanta, GA (Hybrid: Onsite Tue–Thu, Remote Mon & Fri).

What you will do
- Qualify inbound leads through prompt and thoughtful engagement.
- Prospect for new clients using cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
- Conduct research to identify key contacts within target organizations.
- Engage potential customers in consultative conversations to identify their challenges.
- Schedule discovery calls and demos for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate activity records and notes in Salesforce.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn sales foundations.
- Ability to work from the Atlanta office on a hybrid schedule.
