Warehouse Management ERP Application Owner (m/f/d) (Microsoft Dynamics)

Location: Sevenum, Netherlands; hybrid setup with occasional office travel for anchor days according to the remote contract.

What you will do

• Own the operational lifecycle of business-critical Warehouse Management ERP applications.
• Ensure reliable, maintainable, and efficient ERP operations while supporting critical warehouse processes.
• Drive incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.
• Manage L1/L2 application operations and coordinate complex L3 topics with ERP consultants and developers.
• Validate new changes and enhancements and support operational readiness.
• Create sustainable improvements, operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience supporting or managing Warehouse Management business processes in an ERP or enterprise application environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify root causes and implement lasting improvements.
• Understanding of application lifecycle and IT service management principles, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Experience with or interest in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 or Dynamics 365.
• Fluent English is required.
• Collaborative, proactive mindset with a focus on ownership and continuous learning.

Nice to have

• ITIL experience.
• German language skills.
• Experience leveraging AI and automation to improve application operations and user experience.
