Functional Application Specialist (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O): Optimizing and evolving an international Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment to support scalable finance processes and business transformation with an accent on finance requirements, accounting processes, and platform configuration. Focus on translating business needs into D365 solutions, leading continuous improvements, and solving complex challenges across multiple markets.
Location: Hybrid in Nacka Strand, Sweden; Espoo, Finland; or Nijmegen, the Netherlands

What you will do
- Own and optimize the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment.
- Ensure reliable, scalable, and efficient finance processes.
- Translate finance and business requirements into effective D365 solutions.
- Collaborate with Technology teams and stakeholders across the group.
- Identify improvement opportunities, lead enhancements, and support digital transformation.
Requirements
- Professional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Knowledge of core finance processes and accounting principles.
- Hands-on experience with D365 F&O configuration, optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree level of working and thinking, or equivalent relevant experience.
- English is required.
