What you will do

• Manage customer complaints by logging and prioritizing electrical failures, reliability concerns, and assembly defects.
• Coordinate failure analysis activities with labs and translate findings into technical reports.
• Lead root-cause investigations using structured methodologies like 8D, 5-Why, and Ishikawa.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) in collaboration with process, test, and R&D teams.
• Communicate technical findings and investigation progress directly to customers.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards including AEC-Q100, ISO 9001, and IATF 16949.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Physics, or Materials Science.
• Around 5 years of experience in semiconductor quality, failure analysis, or reliability engineering.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor devices, packages, and failure mechanisms.
• Knowledge of failure analysis techniques such as SEM, EDX, X-ray, and curve tracing.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes including wafer fabrication, assembly, and test.
• Strong communication skills for customer-facing technical discussions.
