What you will do
- Serve as the primary escalation point for technical incidents, coordinating rapid resolution across internal teams.
- Conduct proactive platform health checks and performance audits to ensure system stability.
- Partner with customers to configure and tailor platforms to solve specific business challenges.
- Provide governance and guidance for customer change management, including upgrades and migrations.
- Align client technical architecture with product roadmaps to drive strategic expansion.
- Educate customers on best practices to foster long-term technical trust and platform engagement.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in technical customer-facing roles such as Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or Customer Success.
- Strong working knowledge of enterprise software platforms, cloud architectures, APIs, and integrations.
- Demonstrated experience managing technical escalations and coordinating cross-functional teams under pressure.
- Ability to build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior technical stakeholders and executives.
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills for identifying root causes and assessing risk in dynamic environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical recommendations to diverse audiences.
