What you will do

  • Manage and coach a team of platform and Microsoft technical specialists.
  • Define and monitor key operational KPIs including MTTR, ticket volume, and CSAT.
  • Drive automation of diagnostics and resolution workflows using Azure-native tools.
  • Identify recurring customer experience issues and support the adoption of AI-enabled support tools.
  • Serve as the escalation point for high-impact customer vendor issues across networking, storage, and compute.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and SRE teams to align support with platform goals.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Brasília, Brazil.
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering or technical support.
  • 6+ years in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, integrations, or system architecture.
  • Experience working with ticketing systems like Zendesk or Jira.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and later hours to support a 24/7 business model.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with AI-enabled support tools and knowledge management practices.
  • Experience supporting SaaS platforms or digital commerce systems.
