What you will do
- Manage and coach a team of platform and Microsoft technical specialists.
- Define and monitor key operational KPIs including MTTR, ticket volume, and CSAT.
- Drive automation of diagnostics and resolution workflows using Azure-native tools.
- Identify recurring customer experience issues and support the adoption of AI-enabled support tools.
- Serve as the escalation point for high-impact customer vendor issues across networking, storage, and compute.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and SRE teams to align support with platform goals.
Requirements
- Must be based in Brasília, Brazil.
- 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering or technical support.
- 6+ years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, integrations, or system architecture.
- Experience working with ticketing systems like Zendesk or Jira.
- Flexibility to work weekends and later hours to support a 24/7 business model.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI-enabled support tools and knowledge management practices.
- Experience supporting SaaS platforms or digital commerce systems.
