What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of engineers fostering craftsmanship and collaboration.
• Manage workload, prioritize initiatives, and ensure timely delivery of software.
• Define architecture standards, secure coding practices, and oversee CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive cloud-native development on AWS and ensure platform performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align technical and business goals.
• Engage with peer managers and communicate technical concepts effectively.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Indaiatuba, São Paulo, Brazil
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years software engineering experience with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven experience with Angular, Java, Spring Boot, C#, Kafka, and AWS.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, secure coding, automated testing, and CI/CD.
• Experience with cloud-native development and microservices.
